Returns
Returns require authorization by phone or email within 2 weeks of receipt.
No returns on loose tea if the heat-seal closure has been opened.
We cannot accept returns simply because you didn't like the flavor.
All returns must be sent via USPS Parcel Post.
We never share email addresses.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company — it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
Contact your bank — there may be a processing delay.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
